Curriculum

  • The Cèsar string quartet  was formed by the union of musicians Bruno Tripoli , Alexander Vescovi, Marco Varisco and Antonio Papetti , experienced orchestral and chamber music.

    During their career they have held the main parts of the orchestra winning the major national and international competitions in the field of chamber music. The members of the quartet have played in the most famous theaters in the world such as Teatro alla Scala in Milan, National Theatre of Madrid , Tokyo Bunka Kaikan, Taetro Oslo Opera , the National Theatre in Taipei, Konzerthaus Freiburg , Piazzolla Theatre in Buenos Aires, collaborating with internationally renowned artists such as: M.Maisky , V.Ashkenazy , A.Lucchesini , V.Spivakov , A.Rudin , U.Ughi , Y.Yang .

    In 2013, the quartet was invited by the Conservatorio of Novara to collaborate on a master class music for strings and flutes of ‘700 together with Maestro Flaviano Rossi.

      The key mission of the quartet is the timbre research of individual instruments of the quartet as a fusion of them, together with other instrumentalists and total openness to all kinds of music with no foreclosure.
    The quartet's repertoire reflects these ideas, music between classics and modern, from Bach to Beatles.
    Not only for classical concert , the Cesar quartet is also proposed for social events , conventions, weddings and so on.
